SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Before You Submit
The abstract should be scientifically accurate and clearly written.
Submitted work should fall within a relevant healthcare, medical, dental or allied health field.
Clearly identify the presenting author.
Results should contain actual findings where applicable.
Avoid excessive abbreviations and unnecessary technical language.
Do not include patient-identifiable information.
Appropriate ethics approval and/or patient consent should be obtained where applicable.
Relevant funding and conflicts of interest should be disclosed.
Proofread all author names, affiliations and contact information before submission.
One abstract should communicate one primary research story.
Do not submit presentation slides or poster artwork with the initial abstract.
Originality
The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the abstract accurately represents the work and complies with relevant academic and ethical requirements.

01 — SUBMIT
15–25 August 2026
Send your abstract and author information.
02 — REVIEW
The RECAP Scientific Committee reviews submissions for:
Scientific quality
Clarity
Relevance
Originality
Methodology
Overall suitability for the conference
03 — SELECTION
Authors of selected abstracts will receive an acceptance notification.
Accepted work may be allocated to:
ORAL PRESENTATION
or
POSTER PRESENTATION
You may indicate your preferred presentation format during submission, but the final allocation will be determined by the Scientific Committee.
04 — PREPARE
Accepted presenters receive the relevant presentation guidelines.
Only after acceptance will you need to prepare your PowerPoint presentation or digital poster.
05 — PRESENT
